FAQ's

What treatment(s) do you provide?

I take a holistic approach to treatment and injury rehabilitation. I will create a tailored treatment plan using techniques most appropriate for your individual needs. Techniques I may use include Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Effleurage, Petrissage, Tapotement, Friction, and Vibration. Additionally, I can design a suitable exercise or fitness programme for you to follow at home or in a gym.

Are your treatments just for sports-related injuries?

No. While I can assist with sports injuries, I also work with people experiencing general aches and pains, as well as non-sporting injuries. My treatments are effective for a wide range of conditions.

How long does the initial appointment/assessment take and what is the cost?

The first appointment includes a thorough assessment of your injury or condition and lasts approximately one hour. The cost for the initial assessment is £45.00.

How often should my sessions be?

Treatment frequency depends on your specific injury or condition and the recommendations provided. For long-term benefits, it’s typically recommended to have sessions on a weekly/fortnightly or monthly basis. For personal training, I generally recommend at least 2–3 sessions per week, depending on your goals and availability.

Can you carry out treatments at my home?

Yes, I offer a mobile service for all massage treatments and can come to your home. Please note that travel fees will apply.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. A cancellation fee may apply for late notice. I will do my best to offer an alternative appointment within the same week, depending on availability.
