Circuits is a high energy and fast-paced class which involves working your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time
Bring water and a towel... You will need them!
One for the early risers. This class will get you set up for the day and ready for the weekend.
Using nothing but your body weight and a mat to work with.
Consisting of a mixture of cardio, strength and abdominal exercises.
In this class we will focus on Strength, Balance and Cardio with a wide range of exercises but at the same time having fun!!
This class is ideal for those who suffer with any medical conditions such has Cardiovascular Disease, Parkinson's to those who suffer with balance issues.
This class can be done either seated or standing and is suitable for those in wheel chairs
